Currently we use a conveyer belt oven and currently use metal plates to put the pizza's into the oven.  Is it worth considering buying commercial stone plates? If so, any ideas where from and will it make a huge difference?  I will need to buy 50 10" and 12" plates, so want to know if it will have a significant effect on the taste, texture of the pizzas.
