I try to run a pizza restaurant and take good pizza makers.
At the first step:
I want to take some information about pizza ovens
Which type of ovens are there for pizza cooking ? ( conveyor ovens or ....)
In my country, conveyor ovens are used more.
What are the Benefits of each type of them ( specially conveyor ones)?
What does each oven apply for and why ?
