Anyone used Faina alba superioara 000
« on: November 07, 2013, 09:58:44 AM »
I bought 1kg bag of Faina alba superioara 000 for $1.5 from a local specialty store to try. Wondering best temperature to bake at.

Wonder what the "flour enhancer is"?   Lecithin?  Whey?  VWG?

I totally missed that. My guess is azodicarbonamide or some other bleaching agent.
