I made a few NP-ish the other day. I got distracted for a few minutes and this pie sat too long on my peel, making it hard to launch - thus, the shift in sauce and cheese in the oven. Then it stuck to my steel and when I retrieved it and put it on my cooling rack, this is what happened I was so annoyed that I didn't even let it cook all the way. The only good thing was that we picked the homemade motz off the pie and ate it
