I don't know if this qualifies as a dessert pizza since I don't use traditional dough.  And it's been a while since I tried it. So I don't remember the measurements. But it was pretty good.

I would make peanut butter cookie dough and spread it ou evenly on a 12 inch pizza pan. Heat Reese's peanut butter chips with some heavy cream to make fairly thick peanut butter ganache and spread it on the cookie dough before it cools. Then I top it off with shaved Ghirardelli mil chocolate. I think I did have to cover it in the oven to keep the chocolate from burning.

I also do the Pizza Hut chocolate dunkers. Mine are much better though. I just take a square pan, stretch out 16 oz of pizza dough to fit the pan, proof it and refrigerate it. Then I top it with real melted butter- not the butter flavored oil that PH uses and shaved Ghairardelli milk chocolate.
