Turned out really good. I used the recipe from American Pie for the dough.
Put in the stone cranked the oven up to 550 for 30 minutes and went for it.
Since I was able to get 6 dough balls out of it my first one olive oil, light salt, pepper, and standard motz cheese.
My second was Pizza Margherita which was 6-in-1 tomatoes, fresh motz, fresh basil.
My third one was for my wife was 6-in-1 tomatoes, standard motz, a few pepperoni, a few canned mushrooms, an sprinkle of dry herbs.
The other 3 balls are waiting in the fridge.
