hi everyone..

i was wondering if anyone has tried to make a BBQ in a wood fired oven..

i would like to make some sausages, but i am a bit concerned whether it is going to damage the stone with juices or things like that..

what would you recommend?

for the sausages im thinking of a clay tray like this one..

also.. do you think it will cause a strong steam? or it will go through the chimney?
