Thanks, got it! I just didn't see the instructions when I first opened it but found them in the end. Made my first pizza in the oven tonight and it was delicious.

Now for the cleaning of the ashes... $:-\$

to clean is sufficent use the ashes and the food residues will be burned at the next ignition

Hi Simone,

I just started with pizza making and I am new to the forum, but I am also enthusiast about cooking outside,
so an oven for outside seems like a good idea.
I am from Austria and I am thinking about buying a Bollore, as I would like to use the oven with gas and wood. I just wanted to check if the following
things would make sense to add:

Door with Glas for usage with wood
Steel valve
Spartifiamma
Alzalegna

On the web page it is a special offer is mentioned "Cover, cap for wood use, quick-connection + tube and LPG regulator assembled",
but I am not sure if the quick connection could be used in Austria and if this means that those parts are included or if I get a Special deal for those parts?

Furthermore I am considering the Biscotto Saputo and you mentioned, that instead of the 6 normal bricks 4 Saputo bricks will be packed.
I thought it were 6 normal bricks in case one or two bricks break. Would it be possible to still get the 6 normal bricks? Why are the 6 bricks replaced?

Last but not least I wanted to ask if there are still coupons?

Even though you have to pay extra for the 4 Saputo bricks, they will not ship the original 6 bricks. Or at least, that's what Simon told me when I purchased mine, which did not make sense.

If you purchase the Biscotto at the same time you place an order for the wood fired oven, you will receive 4 BISCOTTO SAPUTO floor bricks in place of the original floor bricks that are normally provided with the oven.
becuase ship 2 floor in the same box isn't possible, and i have a special contract with my courier for the size of box, is necessary 2 separately shipment if you want buy 2 floor sorry.

Biscotto have the different brick sizes if unfortunately, break a brick, it is possible to continue to use.

Sorry but there aren't coupon codes for gas model.

Are the gas models "dual purpose" as in can you still use them with wood if desired? It would make the purchase pretty versatile so you could use wood when time and/or conditions permit and then use gas at other times. Just curious. :-)
