I recalled I had some frozen Detroit style dough balls in the freezer that had been there awhile. I took the 3 dough balls out of the freezer and put them in the fridge. I modified the recipe some, used butter to grease the pan, added raisins and decided to use an icing topping. My piping bag broke when I first was applying the icing. I then spread the icing with a knife.
That Cinnamon Swirl pizza was very light and moist. My granddaughter, great-granddaughter and I each had a slice. We thought it was very good. The icing topping has now harden some more.
