Southern New Jersey General Mills high gluten flour

If anyone is in the southern new jersey area.. i have a local pizza shop owner that lets me buy flour off him at cost.  50 lb bag of GM high gluten flour for about $15

Do you have a friend with a business license? It need not be food related.

You can usually BS your way in as well.  Some locations will give out one day passes, no questions asked, but that can be hit or miss.  If you show up and tell the person at the front door that you're starting a mobile pizza business, but are behind on your paperwork, I'm sure he/she will cut you a break.

It's also not that hard to get a federal tax id.  You can do it online in a minute or two.
