I know...I wouldn't be turing out decent pizza if it wasn't for Craig. Pizza is one thing.. Neopolitan Pizza is a total different animal and craig has a real grasp for it... I would just like to get another take on dough.... He's been doing it for a long time and the experience would be great.. I never want to stop learning..
During a Tony class he will be able to teach you ZERO more than what C already offers here.But it`s your money....Personally, I`d much rather go visit Craig, toss some ca$h his way and get a lesson of a lifetime. He forgets more %$# than Tony has learned.

Hey vande...that`d be fine with me cause I know who to bet my money on. Ole Tony wouldn`t know a Blackstone if he tripped over a pile of their broken stones, whereas my boy is probably the inventor of the damn machine only he jus ain`t sayin so right now. Chaaa ching!!

chris, anthony is doing a week of pizza making in italy 2015.it is hosted by villa San lorenzo. not sure he will reveal it all, but you could inquirer.
I don't like the idea of paying money to learn to make Neapolitan pizza, but if someone was dead set on doing so, I would pick Tony Gemignani over Anthony Mangieri. That's an easy call in my mind.
