The "DL" Rolling Machines from Mecnosud compresses dough between rotating rollers, obtaining a round sheet of dough with diameter from 5.5 to 16 inches.

Ideal machine to roll out cold dough for the preparation of pizzas, breads, pasta, flat loaves and cakes. Choose the various forms obtaining the thickness and diameters required.

The big benefit of the Rolling Machines is the large dough capacity that can be handled. The DL machines process high quality dough sheets at high capacities.

I know it is not Italian, but if you sold Sage PD14-A pizza ovens I think you would have some takers.

Maybe you could run a survey to gauge interest. I think many of the users here are interested in an oven large enough to make 18 and 20 inch NY pies and none exist or are available in the US that have independent top and bottom heat controls, get hot enough and are large enough.

In any case, good luck with your store...
