I did take some pictures, I am just too whipped to process them.  I will do them tomorrow.  It was a great time, new faces and old, and the best pizza in the world.

Fantastic event!

Craig thank you again for hosting it and inviting me. The pizza were excellent as usual.

It was nice seeing some people from last year and being able to meet new members of the forum.

You couldn't ask for a better host than Craig

It was a real treat to eat one of his Margherita pies.

When I get home in two weeks I will post some pictures.

that focaccia came out of the grande mere and it was amazing!!! thick light and cooked to perfection. it was the oven and chef Mathew that in tandem was responsible . it was a very nice oven and it cooked well.very balanced.

Yes, I posted the picture but all the credits to Chef Matt. His dough is absolutely fantastic! Combined with his talent and passion, simply amazing!

A few pictures of some pies, in the FGM, with the dough I brought. The dough didn't like the 5 hours trip down from Dallas but turned out ok.

Goat Cheese, Tomatoes, Caramelized Onions, Cheese and Honey

Créme Fraiche, Bacon, Caramelized Onions, Mushroom and Gruyére Cheese

Apple with Sugar In the Raw and Cinnamon

We also cooked some bacon and onions in the FGM oven just for the fun of it.
