About 30 hours in the fridge. Followed recipe on the bag and used IDY for “yeast.” 

I parbaked it. Absolutely delicious. Killer recipe and parbake is essential for an electric oven. I get only 500 and with steel.

Made 3 for the family and all a hit.

Figuring out Gluten free Detroit style, my first attempt , I used the recipe on the bag, a little salty . 24 hour dough, then 500° on the bottom rack.
