made this last night, my wife declared it her favorite white pizza to date. It was really spicy. a riff on a beddia recipe:
for sauce:
in food processor, blend until thickens a little:
1 cup of heavy cream
2 heaping tablespoons of trader joe's Calabrian chili paste
2 cloves of garlic, minced
large pinch of sea salt
for a 13 inch pie:
liberally cover skin with sauce
4.5 ounces of grande mozz
heap as much spinach as possible on pie
bake at 550 for 7 minutes
finish with grated parmesan
a must try if you like spicy food, the amount of heat can easily be adjusted. I wonder why we haven't seen more white pizza on the forum?
