1/8 cup oil

no knead
RT for 8 hours
CF for 16 hours
RT for 4 hours
moved to Cast Iron pan w/ oil for 2 hours

half rosemary half pecorino romano. very happy with this for my first focaccia attempt!
I really don't know much of anything about focaccia so let me know if you see anything that could use improvement.

Lookin' good!!!
Sprinkle on some shredded Parmesan cheese before baking for a great added flavor and eye appeal. I like to cut mine in half and then cut one half into strips (cross ways) about 1.5-inches wide for dippin' bread, the other half I cut in half for making two Paninni sandwiches. This gives my wife and I an appetizer and a meal all from one 12-inch focaccia.
Your's looks as good as any that I've ever made, makes me hungry.  :) :) :)
Thanks for sharing.

I'm blushing! Thanks for the kind words! Yes I definitely should've put the cheese on before baking. I was afraid it would burn so I just put it on for the last 2-3 min but it didn't stick.

Really looks delic! Was the 1/8 cup of oil used to cover the bottom of the pan or was it incorporated into the dough?

1/8 cup in the dough and then another 1/8 cup or so to coat it before baking
