How do you open 7 days a week from 12 to 00am ! How do you manage hours

Hi,

I´m having problem with my store . I don´t know how to open al days long , 7 days a week. How many people do i need and is it
have to be part-time and full-time ?. How much is the pay , is it diferent for delivery guys ? Please i need help , urgent . Thanx

Best advise I can give is work for a place for a year and see what they are doing that is working.  To jump in blind and with no experience is a recipe for failure.  Not sure anyone here can touch the questions you have.
