Everything left over in the fridge that was too slow to escape: Tartine and Neapolitan sourdoughs, half a dozen cheeses, marinara sauce, sauteed mushrooms, salami, pepperoni, etc.

Looks delicious. Pizza dough is the perfect vehicle for scraps in the fridge. That and good ole scrambled eggs.
