Yesterday was my first time using my PIZZAONE OVEN by pizza party!! :chef:

I have to say Simone Bianca is a great person to buy an oven from. He answered all my questions( I had a lot)
Let me know when it would be arriving etc. it took about 5 min to put the oven together but an hour and half for the cart!! This is such a great oven for those of you that love real Pizza!!

Below are pictures of the oven, first burn, and the first pizza.

The rest are from my bulk dough I made today,
( the dough was much better today) and a pizza that was cooked today.

I made this great sandwich today made with one thin pizza dough ,docked( it balloons up) in about 2 minutes at 500 degrees. Then you take it out and cut in half and fill it with your own ingredients. Then place top back on after filling brush with olive oil a little sea salt and place on peel and put back in oven to reheat and melt cheese inside. It was awesome it was thin crust but crunchy.. Delicious!!

A newbie in training!!

Thanks for all your support especially Mitchjg and Steve

Ave Maria,

I took care of that for you. I had to be careful since all of your photos were called just "image" and sometimes the system orders them differently than when originally posted. Fortunately, in your case, the order was the same but to be on the safe side I removed each of the misoriented photos one by one before replacing them with properly oriented photos (which I renamed, as you will see).

I often suggest that members test their photos before posting, using the thread at http://www.pizzamaking.com/forum/index.php?topic=33199.msg328718#msg328718

I thought I would try my hand at baking bread in my Pizzaone today. After it cooled down to 425-450
I placed 2 bread doughs in the oven. It only took 15 min to cook!! I was shocked. I just cut into one and it looks like it came out ok for a first time.... Pass the butter :)

Upside down bread I might add

I would suggest you modify the post to correct this.  Good practice on our forum.  Here is a little tutorial if you are using Windows
http://www.pizzamaking.com/forum/index.php?topic=38227.0

Most camera /smartphone software gives you the ability to edit and rotate a photo as does OS X.  Test it first in the Photo test thread so you can fix it in advance.  This website https://pixlr.com/express/ also lets you edit it so it can be properly rotated.

Let folks know if you need help.

Oh, and 15 minutes is way too fast for a bread to bake unless it is little rolls.  I think it was hotter in there than you thought.

You bet.  You can edit on the iPad (rotate).
