Ran into a reference to Tiella Gaetana, but there was only a brief description and a picture.  It appears to be two pizzas stuffed with olives, seafood and tomatoes.  Or perhaps it's a bread dough.  Don't know. Looked wonderful, and I'd like to find an actual recipe.  None of my Italian baking books list it.

I Googled it, but didn't find much.  A couple of neat pictures.

This looks like a pie more than a pizza!

It looks like it's cooked in cast iron, look at the edges.  I'll dig up more if I can.  Here are the Google results:

I love it. My family summer house and olive grows is just near Gaeta.

It is a kinf of pizza pie... It is a larded yeasted dough, which isinserted an a metal pie dish, filled with baby octopus and tomato sauce and then sealed on the top with a further disk of the same dough.

It is quite nice but heavy....
