500 Grams KABF300 Grams room temp water1 tbsp olive oil1 tsp sea salt1/4 tsp Saf instant yeast.1 tsp honeyCombine flour and salt in mixer bowlMix all aother ingredients together and add to flour.Turn on mixer until ball forms. Let rest 5 min.Mix another 5 min.Let dough ferment for an hour or so, then divide into to equal pieces and refrigerate in oiled bowls fro a day or two.I bake at 500 degrees about 7 mins.Do not open the oven for at least 5 min!!!
