Kreetak, you pies look delicious!
I especially like how your toppings remain very close to the rim.
For me, nothing worse than a pizza with >1" plain crust with no toppings.

It might be interesting to see what your pies look like with all the toppings applied BEFORE BAKING. Is the trick on how you apply the toppings or how you form the dough?

Pete,

Sure! Next time I will make photos with all progress but it's very simple. I make a ring with cheese before all, and then I put the ingredients and more cheese! :D

Hello guys!

I tried a new recipe with a sourdough (I did a lot of tries, really  :-D) But this time I'm very happy with this!
Sorry, I only took one photo because my little sith had a lot of hungry and we share the pizza, so... I couldn't do more photos this time  ::)

Keep doing new recipes with different methods. This time I used the same recipe for PJ dough BUT with two differences. One had IDY and the other one was made with rye sourdough. And no sugar added.
The ricotta pizza (with sourdough)

The 4 cheeses with IDY.

Past weekend I did a "sicilian" pizza style. Need more dough because was too much thin for my husband :-D
Only italian cheeses: provolone, scamorza, gorgonzola, pecorino and mozzarella

Hello guys!

This sunday I did some pizza, one with rye sourdough and the other with IDY, I love the sourdough result!!

First pizza like always, with ricotta, mushrooms and ham.
The last had half 5 cheeses and hald with pepperoni, red onion and mushrooms.

Hi !

I just read your thread, and I want to ask if you always use a screen/grid/pan for baking, because the last pizzas doesn't look like you're still using it  :chef:

Do you still have the same convection oven? Did you have the opportunity to bake in regular oven, and see the difference(s)?

Hello Yael!

Exactly, I do not have the same oven (but, we have a conventional one), also I bought a steel plate for baking, so I don't use a screen anymore :P

Did you notice any difference regarding the baking?

Yep, more faster and the cooking it's better. With the screen, sometimes, I had pizzas uncooked.
