La Pizza Napoletana- Enzo Coccia

This is one of the best books to learn about la Vera Pizza Napoletana! it is written by a master pizza maker in Italy with collaboration of two University professors> This book explains all the scientific aspects Pizza making! great Book, I bought it on amazon.it, it is in Italian but their is one in English also!

Just wanted to Share with all of you!

I can't figure out how to get this book in the U.S. right now; so I'm trying ILL through the public library. I'm hoping it is available somewhere!

My interlibrary loan request was denied. I guess there aren't any libraries in the USA that have this book yet either.

I sure do hope this book eventually sees wider distribution. An ebook version would be much appreciated as well and would solve the expense of shipping!

It appears to be out of stock on the U.K. Amazon site as well; except for one third-party seller.
The third-party seller is the book publisher (Doppiavoce Edizioni http://www.doppiavoce.it/). I don't know if Amazon ever stocks this book, but Doppiavoce will ship to the US.  It will take 2 - 3 weeks to arrive from Italy.

Btw, is there lard in this book? No I am serious I am vegetarian. And will sue any Pizzaioli who made me eat squeezed deseased animal grease :chef:

Is there any reference towards the scientific secret ingredient of Squeezed deseased animal grease in the Neapolitan dough tradition???  ???

I'm not kidding, i will sue those who made me eat this lard without notice, even liyng and cheating their VPN dictations!  :chef:

BTW. I think Enzo would be a very interesting Pizzaiolo to learn from.
