I made and brought sourdough cinnamon rolls/twists for V-day to the office, pictured the one that actually looked right haha, the rest were artisinally abstract. Also played with trying to make Kouign Amann pastry from sourdough, however, I had the math wrong so used
double the butter. Ended up nearly deep frying the entire pastry in its own butter, so it was like a candied croissant

To be attempted again next weekend, laminating dough is fun
