First Pizza Oven
« on: March 10, 2020, 07:40:17 AM »
I am located in Pennsylvania - I am looking for a wood burning oven solely for Neapolitan style pizza. Iv been using an electric oven at the highest temp (550F combined w the broiler) Its time to make the upgrade - I was looking at "authentic pizza ovens" however I do not see a lot of info on them here. Budget is about 2000ish. I make pizza usually every 2 weeks or so. I want to be able to store it in the garage so having it on wheels would be nice. Thanks in advance!

Well i Just got my Maximus from AuthenticPizzaOvens. and so far its pretty neat. Have it on a Yard Cart from harbor freight, to make easy to move. Currently have it stored in Garage. Its around 300lbs..... also i used a coupon code for 10% off so that pretty much paid for the freight lift gate. PM if you have any other questions.
