GGM gastro 500 degree Celsius Electric oven

GGM gastro international website offers this oven under 500 Euros. To my country.
Does anyone have experience with this brand?

The door and window construction looks proffesional, it is aimed at a proffesional market I would say.

We use it at our pizzeria. Max temp. 450° celcius. In rush hours it can not give steady bake temperature. Cause we must put the pies in and take the pies out. If you want to use it for home setting it will work for you

You can also consider GMG pf4040 E oven which have 3.5 KW 1750 W both heating elements 400x400x100 baking chamber and this oven cost me 403 E + 65 E for shipping , biggest downside is that u must turn pizza at least once to get even baked pie , door isolation isnt best , max temp 455C.

I agree with nostro aboout turning the pizza to bake full of it and most of times the right side of the oven will cook faster than the left side. In rush hours i must turn the lower heating element 30-40° more up. The stone is not the best. It lose the heat very fast. Like i said before. For home use it will work. For pizzeria it wont.

i used this oven as well.  (Made 12 family pizza in 1 hour (2 floor oven. every floor takes one 60x40 pizza screen)Very similar to ggm gastro. Both ovens are not for professional use. My 2 cents

I saw 470° celcius with the oven. 2 hours preheat with set up 500 upper and lower element but i could only bake with pizza screen

I am not sure, how did you do that, when I put up 400°C and down 300°C the bottom of the crust starts burning and get black, and the corona is not even getting brown?

Hi, I have the same oven👌, but my results are very poor😢, can you please share your pizza receipt and procedure, and Celsius temp for top and bottom?
