This looks like an exciting option to use wood or gas. Does LPG mean natural gas or propane?

really amazing, that's what I was looking for!

Is there a way to get the gas burner seperate as a conversion kit?

My concern is when using it with gas bottles, that a typical 11kg gas bottle will start freezing and there won't be enough thermal power to reach the 500 degrees for a couple of hours in a commercial setup?

Hi ttony604 welcome to Pizza Party family
the gas ovens use LPG and i advice bottle 10kg

LaLabbo heating time 20 minutes, cooking time of neapolitan pizzas 40-70secondi

an expert on gas cylinders, have say me ù, in winter to maintein good working of LPG, change the mix of the gas in the bottle, so that even when it is very cold in winter, the gas burn without problem, try to contact a gas bottle retailer near to you, is this what you wanted to know?

I think LaLabbo was asking if existing ovens can be converted to use the Gas option.

As above - can the gas burners be added to an existing Pizza Party as a conversion or must it be purchased as one unit?
It would be very nice to be able to modify my wood oven so I could have the option to use gas when desired.

In their facebook page the question has been asked and it is not possible to retrofit old pizza party ovens to gas. They also say that if you don't have gas for the gas ovens you can use wood.

The traditional wood fired oven Pizza Party isn't convertible with this gas kit sorry
we have change many materials and structure

Saputo generally is appreciated for neapolitan pizzas
by this piece is possible use the oven by wood, is included in the oven price actually in the november offers.

I have been wanting a Pizza Party oven for a while.... when I saw the release of the Passione, I finally pounced... seems like using Gas or Wood is best of both worlds to me... am eagerly awaiting oven and glad to be a part of the Pizza Party family...

I'm really looking / wanting to make 18-20 inch pizzas - I just thought with a bigger oven two burners might be needed to keep the larger cavity up to temperature.
