There are several people here with NY pizza experience who are currently in NY, if you find you need to broaden your search.

Haha ok. I was hoping for somebody to be my pizza guinea pig for ny pizza. Not street pizza (which imo looks pretty ordinary) but elite. Bite characteristics in the cornicchone and the base. Tender? Chewy? Firm? Dry?
