Nice score! I enjoyed Raichlen's TV shows as well as his book: The Barbecue! Bible.

Even though I almost never read them, I can't pass up a cheap cookbook.

We received this book 2 or 3 years ago as a gift (hah, hah, bet you they got it on sale!).

I went through the book a few times to find recipes I may want to try and, despite the large number, I could not find anything that I wanted to make.  Maybe you will have better luck.

However, there is one recipe in there that we have made 1/2 dozen times and enjoyed it every time.  It is the "Thai Grilled Chicken with Fish Sauce and Coriander Root".   (typical coriander leaves are in the recipe).

Very tasty, easily accessible ingredients that are always in the house and very fast and easy to put together.
