mozzarella curd
« on: May 14, 2017, 09:50:23 AM »
A few years ago, I stumbled upon a YouTube site for an east coast retailer for mozzarella curd. I believe they were located in PA or NJ.  I thought I bookmarked the page, can't seem to find it. They had a series of cheese making videos with a woman instructor.  Would anyone know what retailer that would be?

I know this is old, but you were looking for Caputo Brothers Creamery. https://caputobrotherscreamery.com/

Its called Capomozz

I live close and get curds direct from them. Extremely easy and really really good.
