$1.13 (almost $1.14) per pound.
There is a reason why I stick to G.M. Full Strength for under $0.30 per pound.
I've never understood the high premium on Caputo, I realize that it's imported, but really at almost 4X domestic flour prices????

That same 1kg bag sells for $3.99 in Houston.

G.M. Full Strength and Caputo Chef's are quite different flours.  It is difficult for the home baker to get hold of domestic 00 the flours.
