Getting a little better with the GMG Pizza attachment.   This done at about 750F,  put on a screen after about 90 seconds and turned several times over the next 90 seconds.

Today's pizza on this thing was for sure the best so far... 650F, for 6 minutes or so.  Does require some turning, and put on a screen after 4 minutes ,  but all in all, its hard to complain much... although it would be better with a stone with lower conductivity.

This morning's pizza... baked at 700F for roughly 5 minutes,  put on screen half way through.  Ham, sausage,  peppers, onions

180 g Caputo  00
108 g water
3 g salt
1 g sugar
0.5 g IDY

Hand mixed with fork, keaded by hand, 40 minute room temp, oil rubbed, flattened out a little  then into refrigerator for 36 hours. Opened immediately out of the fridge into approximately 12" crust.

Darn good pizza

Great thread!  Any insight into whether or not this will work with a Camp Chef Smokepro pellet grill?

Nice job on the pizzas.  A 6 min bake hits the sweet spot for me.  Any chance you're willing to share your source for pellets or pellets with charcoal?  I didn't know those even existed.  Many thanks for the write up with pics.

Hello - Did anyone figure out if the Green Mountain pizza oven will fit a camp chef? Specifically interested in the Woodwind or the Smoke Pro DLX.

Thanks!

Was anyone able to confirm this? Looking to buy a new pellet grill and this could sway my decision!

I just bought a Green Mountain Daniel Boone and bought the pizza insert. Maiden voyage tonight. I will take some pics if things turn out.
From somewhere in the Midwest

I can only say that it might fit the Traeger and Cabelas since the fire pots and rough dims are quite similar.
Unfortunately, never had a chance to try this with Camp Chef.
