I did it round cause i don't have square pans, i think it went pretty good.

I would say that you did much better than pretty good. Your pizza looks spectacular. How did you like it? And will the folks in Mexico like it?

Wow, I am glad you liked the looks of it.

I was doing some testing, still not for sale but I posted a teaser picture in my FB page and my public is anxious to get the chance to taste it.

My hydration was 62% I will go a little but higher next time, I greased the pan with butter and a little bit of Olive oil.

There is no one in TJ doing this style, so I am excited to bring something different to the table.
