The pineapple stops being pineapple at that point.  Pineapple is naturally acidic.  I think where it fails on pizza is when its acidity clashes with the tomatoes.

I grow pineapples.  When I cut them they are golden yellow and very sweet.  The ones in the can packed in their own juice are not.

I’d never put pumpkin spice on a pizza - but, years ago I was in Ferrara, Italy.  They are known for their pumpkins.  The locals insisted I try the tortellini stuffed with pumpkin and covered in a Ragu sauce. It was surprisingly really good.  But note that the pumpkin was pumpkin - not “pumpkin spice” which actually includes, what nutmeg or something?

Still, never on a pizza.

Saw this pumpkin crust pie on Instagram yesterday.  It was called Octoberfest.  The toppings were butternut squash puree, cranberry bacon, and a drizzle of honey after the bake. Don't know what the cheese was but it might have been fresh mozzarella or maybe ricotta and another cheese.

Sure looked delicious to me.

Here's a savory pizza from Jim Lahey using cubes of cooked squash and pumpkin seed/onion purée.

Hawaiian Pizza is one of my favorites. Pineapple, ham, mozzarella, grated Parmesan+Romano and 7/11.
