16” Square Steel Pan
« on: November 16, 2017, 07:04:28 PM »
So I found this nice 16” square steel pan (fairly heavy duty) for $5 at the local restaurant supply (in their used bin). Do you think this will be ok for a Detroit style?
Always looking for the best! Haven't found it yet, but damn fun looking!!!!

I almost bought a pan with a similar depth to that one however I was told it won't work because it wasn't deep enough. Detroit style pans are pretty deep and you'll likely go over the edge with a shallow pan like that.
