Neat book by Stefano Manfredi published September 2017 from the Land Down Under..

What's "new" in it? From the info on Amazon, it looks like it might have been new 15 years ago.

Do you have a business relationship with this book? I see that almost all of your posts are related to books.

Naming this book "New Pizza" is both arrogant and false, IMO.

No connection with authors or book sellers. Just a home baker once in awhile (sourdough) I like sharing with others books I find interesting about Pizza or Bread and this book is a Gem..

I have seen anything that makes me think what I wrote is false - certainly nothing you listed is "new."

Cocci,Ricci,Padoam,Bonci and Pappalardo are new pizza innovators . Get an interlibrary loan and enjoy the book , the kindle book I have has highlighted text that link you to sites , now you gotta admit  thatís New...
