Nice write up on Jay's Artisan Pizza (Ogwoodfire) in today's Buffalo News.

"If the place isn't crowded, you wonít be waiting long. I spent my time wondering if it could be worth the hype. When the quattro formaggi ($14) arrived, the answer was yes."  ^^^

Thank you everyone! I was really hoping (and think we deserved) a 9 plate review but regardless It has been very busy ever since the article came out. Iím pretty happy with the Pizza we are putting out wether with SD or CY (we change back and forth). The best news of all this is itís giving me an opportunity to grow the business and potentially work on a new project which Iam very excited about. You learn so much with every new business you open and itís really amazing to see the preferences and dislikes of the customers. Iím really hoping we can tailor what we learned with this project into something really big and exciting in the near future.
