Forza Forni PAVESI OVEN
« on: April 09, 2018, 07:41:26 PM »
We are using a Bakers Pride Hearth oven at the moment, we are deffianity going to keep it, but was wanting to start doing a Wood Fired Pie. Anyone use this oven? We are a very small operation, they range from 48" 56" 56"x64" and 56" x 72"..... these pies pop out of these ovens pretty quick, should I just go with the smallest oven?

I was speaking with Rick from Forza Forni the other day about another oven.  He spoke highly of Pavesi, not my 1st choice but they appear to do the job.

I love my pavesi ovens.  So much so that I have purchased three of them.   This is after using many other brands.   I would not go smallest, though.   The 120 is the smallest I would go.   I personally use 140's
