Heretical crust ingredient

We got some pizza from our local natural food co op and it had a thin crispy crust made with corn mostly. It was very, very, good tasting crust. Anyone know a recipe for a corny crust? Thanks. Oh...did I mention it was really good? I grew up close enough to NY and Philly to know how pizza can taste.
