We ate at the Florence location a couple of months ago. It was delicious....the one thing that stood out for me was the level of salt in the finished product. It seemed as if it was north of 3%........

I will be in Naples for a few hours this week and will only have time for one pizza, it has been many years since Iíve been to Da Michele, so I think this is the year I return. Will report back with plenty of pics.

I would assume they are open and havenít closed for summer vacation yet, does anyone even know if they close near the 15th holiday ?

Iíll come up with plan B if they are closed

Was browsing through some of the franchise instagram accounts - worth noting their dough balls are weighed to 320g (at least in dubai....) the pies looked great. I've never actually had their pizza so I don't know what size they are for that weight but probably 14" to 16"
