Bianco/Beddia Olive Oil??
« on: July 31, 2018, 10:04:23 AM »
Bianco and Beddia both use an olive oil from Arizona.  Does anyone know what this is?

If memory serves, they made a custom blend for him. I'd pick whichever one lists buttery as a flavor and shy away for anything grassy. Chris has described his oil as buttery.

Maybe it is this one - it says buttery

My two cents, depending on how much shipping will be, you should try COR buttery EVOO - that is the only type I buy and use now - whole foods puts it on sale once or twice a year for 9 bucks and I buy enough for a year - really some of the best EVOO I have ever tasted and I have been tasting EVOO for 45 years...

Walmart has COR Mild & Buttery on their website for $7.98/500ml. -- but they want $70 for a 6-pack?!

I usually grab whatever COR they have on the shelf in my local store, but I'll put one of these in my cart to order; it sounds nice.
