Some additional information.
I actaully like the stone better for this style of pizza.
It took 4 minutes to cook in 550 degree oven and i actually made 4 from dough balls to fully cooked in less then an hour, including to stop and take pictures of the first one.
Made and extra virgin olive oil and cheese one for my sons, the one you see above for myself and two sausage ones for my wife and her friend who spent the morning together at the beauty salon. It was all part of a "late" birthday present for my wife.
I'm just glad after two weeks to be able to make pizza again. Chicago coming up this weekend!!!! OOOOOOHHHHHH MMMMAAAANNNN!!!
