I haven't been there in a few years, but Longbridge Pizza in SF was real good and was started by a few pizza makers who previously worked at some of the more famous pizza joints in the city.
It's a hybrid pie, naturally leavened, coal oven bake times from an electric Cuppone. When I visited, their entire menu consisted of just 7 or 8 different pizzas, but I see they have done some expansion!
