Well. They dont specifically say it. But if you watch 17:36 on 0.25x speed, you can see that the Joe’s pizza employee is taking a pizza out of the oven and you can see bags of the red All Trumps flour in the background. Haha i kind of scanned all of the Joe’s portion of the video to get as much info about their formulation as I could. It might not be All Trumps but it looked an awful lot like the same logo to me.

The Travel Thirsty channel has put out a ton of videos like this, with different pizzerias in different cities. I couldn't help noticing how pale the pizzas were in this video. I'm guessing that's because they'll get reheated by the slice and they don't want them to get too dark after two bakes.

Glad you liked it. #1 is my favorite and my NY style inspiration. #2 is really good too, and pretty consistently people put 2 over 1 (including in the comments on that video). I've passed #3 many times (in the car) but never felt compelled to go in. May be worth a shot.

Great review. At 727g, and based on photos I’m guessing 20” pies. Was surprised you didn’t use the dough you purchased for a bake for comparison purposes. Any particular reason you didn’t?

Antonio on his channel Pizza Reviews on the Go does what are far and away my favorite NY pizza videos. He's done a ton of them, and I think he's easily the best pizza reviewer on YT. Blows DP completely out of the water in my opinion.
