We're a small company in the North West and we are bringing to market an affordable, multi-function artisan level dough sheeter and fondant processor that also accepts cutter dies. The prices will range, tentatively, from 350.00 to around 625.00. Unlike other sheeters, it's very fast at producing pizza skins when equipped with a dedicated motor option. Our unit is 18" wide, and has a wide enough roller opening to also make puff pastry like croissants. It can be powered by your stand mixer, or cranked by hand. They are fully reversible when cranked by hand or used with a dedicated motor kit. We have many accessories in design currently. Our units are very attractive as you will see in the video.

We need to sell a batch to get prices down on parts if we are to maintain the 350.00 dollar price on our entry level unit.

Please see our video. And feel free to ask any questions. BUT PLEASE leave an email address using the button for that found on that page. You will NOT be obligated to buy.

Here's a direct link to the video. I think it looks cool, neat idea using your KitchenAid mixer to run it!
