Yet another low carb crust

I had craving for pizza ;D  so I tried a new recipe for low carb dough.   Iíll post the recipe when I can get to a keyboard

Looks good Tommy, the only thing I think would make it a tiny bit better is if you let it rise more to let the crumb open up a bit. How are you fermenting and do you give it any counter time before you open?

Baker's Pride GP-61 NG and PizzaParty Ardore (with saputo tiles) LP
Focus is NY style but do others too
Preferred Flour (for NY pies) is All Trumps BB
Preferred temperature for NY is 550F, for NP 900+F
Preferred type of yeast IDY

i do need to give more rise time   The ball of dough Iím saving to use in the UUNI will have time to rise before I cook it.      Time is something Iím short most times when I cook so hard to get the rise time I really need

I used one six oz of tomato paste with two can water then added the oregano , salt and pepper, garlic and onion with a little Stevia mixed in
