La Pizza e un arte

Did anyone read this book yet?

„La Pizza e un arte“ from Fabrizio Carucci. It’s a „Books on demand“ Book so its rather expensive but on its Facebook page it looks like a nice addition to Enzo Coccia‘s book -La Pizza Napoletana- with a lot of technical information (no cookbook) I learned a lot from Coccia‘s book despite the translation which is sometimes a bit off. Especially because it offered tons of information about secondary literature.

This one is only available in Italian but well, they use the same charakters. That’s doable without too much effort. Better than trying to read a book in Farsi. Any Italian here that has read it already?
