I parbaked the dough and weighed it down with foil and dry black belans. After a few minutes I removed the foil and beans and spread warm speculous on the pizza. Once fully baked, we added gingerbread cookies and marshmallows.


A great way to end the party!

Oh and that disaster in the background is how I learned you have to parbake before adding the speculous.
