Sad part for me is where I live it's one of the better pizzas around  :o

There are no real good pizza shops in my town  :-\

Chau is one of the most talented and beloved ninja pizza makers here - he is so good he might be standing right behind you spinning a pie as you read this - you would never know (unless he wanted you to)...  :-D

And he's also a great bread baker. He taught me how to make "Lazy Man's Bread" several years back and I still use his method to this day.

DS makes a good point though..if you didn't know Pizza Town  had such great pizza, you might mistake it for just a bit of roadside nostalgia.

Dangerous Salami - get a small deep fried calzone at Pizza Town too. If they are fresh, zeppole are good too.
