I had to copy the entire link (http://www.practicallyedible.com/edible.nsf/encyclopaedia!openframeset&frame=Right&Src=/edible.nsf/pages/italianflours!opendocument) into my address bar to get to the right page. Clicking on only the highlighted part of the link won't get one directly to the correct page.
